If you want to incorporate TRUE
cartoons cartoons into your web site, just add the
following html code and the cartoons will appear, automatically
updating when we remember to change them.

There's no catch to this offer - but there
are rules -
You must send me an e-mail
letting me know you plan to run TRUE cartoons (we need to make
sure that our cartoons are not running on sex sites or Nazi sites
- that kind of stuff). We reserve the right to revoke permission
to run the cartoons. For the TRUE cartoons, I ask you to include
a return link to my home page at: http://www.cagle.com/art The
return link might say: See
more TRUE cartoons by Daryl Cagle We don't want the TRUE cartoons
to run on sites that feature other free internet cartoons --don't
include these cartoons on a web "comics page," or on
a site that has free internet cartoons from other cartoonists
on other pages.
That's what we get out of the deal --a link. Remember the text
link! Don't just link the graphic --we require a TEXT link accompanying
the cartoon.

of every kind and nature in any and all data, information, cartoons
and artwork that are downloaded or otherwise transferred, either
mechanically or electronically, from this site or from any other
source of this data or information pertaining to Daryl Cagle's
artwork.
You are hereby granted the limited right to retrieve the data
posted as TRUE cartoons, provided that said data IS NOT copied
mechanically, electronically or by any other means to any permanent
or semi-permanent location, document, or any other data storage
facility. (In other words, you can't copy it to a disk, a hard
disk, etc., nor can you print copies, etc.)
Your limited right to retrieve this data DOES NOT include any
right to market, sell, promote, license, or otherwise profit from
the data. Further, you are prohibited from representing or warranting
to any party or person that you have any rights in TRUE! or that
you have any rights to any specific data retrieved from http://www.cagle.com
other than those rights that are described above.
There is a nominal fee if you want to print
it on paper
If you want to run TRUE cartoons in your print publication,
you can do so for a nominal fee --just e-mail
Daryl. The charge for a tiny newspaper or newsletter is $5
per insertion, minimum order of 10, or $50. We can give you access
to our download site where there are hundreds of TRUE eps files,
sorted by topic.
